You may be like a lot of my clients who have attended talk therapy and did the inner work. And yet, something still feels unresolved. The patterns persist. The root cause remains unknown. The emotions linger. You sense that healing needs to go deeper, but you’re not sure how.
 

Somatic therapy offers a gentle, neuroscience-informed way to reconnect with your body’s wisdom. I have developed a gentle and effective approach which integrates talk therapy, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices to support safe release of stored trauma, emotions, and limiting beliefs, always at your pace. For those drawn to a spiritual lens, I also offer intuitive and spiritually grounded support. 
 

On a personal note, I enjoy staying active with family and friends, spending time in deep nature, walking my dog Mia, and living simply. I'm also doing my best to doge stress and negativity. I draw on my lived experience with trauma, chronic stress and anxiety, the early loss of my parents, and fertility challenges to support clients on their own path to healing, wholeness, and peace.
