Areas of Expertise

RAPID TRAUMA PROCESSING AND FLASH EMDR

Rapid trauma processing provides a quicker, less painful way to release trauma, offering clients relief in less time. Utilizing Flash EMDR, a variation of traditional EMDR, this method desensitizes traumatic memories with minimal distress, allowing clients to process trauma without directly on the event. Clients can share as much or as little about their trauma as they wish, making this approach less triggering and emotionally draining.

RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT & COUPLES COUNSELLING

I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Therapy. EFT deepens emotional connections to enhance relationships, while Gottman Therapy provides research-backed tools for better communication and trust-building. I offer a compassionate approach to help individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges and achieve harmony.

FERTILITY, INFERTILITY AND
INVOLUNTARY CHILDLESSNESS

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the latest perinatal research to support those facing fertility challenges. EFT promotes emotional resilience and secure attachments. My personal experience with fertility clinics, fertility lawyers, and surrogacy gives me insider knowledge to help clients navigate this often exploitative industry with more ease and less pain.
